I need to get the MAC Address of my device, how do I do that ?

    How can I find out my Windows' computer's MAC address?

    This guide will enable you to send support a set of information to help us diagnose your device's situation.


    With the Windows 10/11 interface

    1. In the taskbar, click on the Ethernet or Wi-Fi network icon, depending on your connection type :


    2. Click on the Connection Properties link:


      or on the info icon 


    3. In the window that just opened, take a screenshot and send it to us:

    On the command line with ipconfig

    1. Type cmd in the search field at bottom left, next to the Start button, and click on "Command prompt"


    2. Type the command ipconfig /all and send us the resulting content in a screenshot.
