Connection to the 2.4 GHz network (ResEl Secure)
If your device can't connect to « ResEl Next » network, you need to check for
« ResEl Secure » network and try connecting to this network with the same previsous steps. To have the best Wi-Fi experience possible, please don't use this network if your device doesn't have any issues with the standard network (ResEl Next).
If your device doesn't recognize either « ResEl Secure » nor
« ResEl Next »
network, or doesn't let you use your username and password to connect to these networks, please contact us at the following link with as much details as you can about your situation (type of device, brand, OS, etc.)
Last alternative (ResEl Legacy)
If your device is not compatible (often the case for game console such as Nintendo Switch, XBOX, Playstation, etc.) with 802.1X authentication and that we have configured your account manually after you contacted us via the link provided in the last section, you should be able to connect to « ResEl Legacy » network.
Please understand that this method is the last resort, and should be applied only if your device is indeed not compatible with 802.1X, in all other cases, a specific configuration from your end should do the trick :)
Standard issues resolution
Incorrect username or password provided
The first most common network connection issue is linked to username or password mistakes. Please check precisely your combo (some devices add a space character « » after the username, it's mandatory to remove it).
Sharing accounts
A device is permanently linked to the user that connected it to our network. From the first connection of the device by the user that own it, the device is blocked with this account. Please, only use your username and password to connect your devices to our network, and don't share your username and password under any circumstances.
However, if you fail to comply with this rule (included in the rules you read and subscribed to when registering), you will be required to contact us.
Duplicate account
You may have mistakenly created two accounts (this is also forbidden). Your machines may have been registered on your first account, while you are trying to log in with your second account.
Please contact us to resolve this situation.
