Setting up 802.1X
Please follow the connection guide to set up 802.1X authentication on your device. If your device is not compatible, you can request that it be added to your account.
Login with your login details
To connect, please plug in your Ethernet cable and follow your device's interface to join the network. Please enter the username you were assigned when you registered, and the password associated with your account.
If your device doesn't recognize the network or won't let you enter your credentials (even though the network is configured), please try another connection.
Alternative connection
If your machine doesn't support 802.1X authentication and we've configured your account so that it can connect, simply plug in your Ethernet cable and wait 30 seconds for the connection to be established.
If your device does not recognize the network, please try another socket.
Standard troubleshooting
Incorrect user name or password
The most common connection problems are due to incorrect user names and passwords. Please check them carefully (some devices insert a space character “ ” after your username, so be sure to remove it).
Account sharing
A machine is linked to its owner's account. Once a machine has been logged in with someone else's credentials, the machine is locked to that account. Please use only your own credentials to connect your machines, and do not lend them out under any circumstances. If you fail to comply with this rule (which is included in the rules you read and signed up for when you registered), please contact us.
Dédoublement de compte
You may have mistakenly created two accounts (this is also prohibited). Your machines may have been registered in your first account, while you are trying to log in with your second account. Please contact us to resolve this situation.
